  Left a laptop there just before Easter... Last year! I asked to get it back couple of times, left my phone number multiple times as well. No one ever tried to contact me. After a few attempts they said it's in the storage and they will call me to pick it up on Friday/Monday. That happened twice. Guess what - no calls, no texts, nothing. One time a lady said they were waiting for a part that had absolutely nothing to do with an issue (I know how my laptop is built and I would be able to fix it by myself but I was going away for Easter and wasn't sure if the part would arrive on time, she just assumed it had something to do with the screen). Just because it was an old, cheap laptop doesn't mean it can be just put in the trash and forgotten about, but the lying part is what disgusts me the most. They weren't even supposed to fix it but just diagnose it first and let me know if they're able to do it and give me a quote. I did have some important uni work on there and the main reason to leave it at the shop was that I needed it back ASAP. Oh, and I didn't get any receipt/any form of confirmation of them having it so I basically handed my equipment to a stranger in hope they will be decent and give it back. Cheers, guys.
