  Had a shirt altered to short sleeve (Ralph Lauren)- she measured my husband in an unprofesional manner didn't use a tape measure just felt over a teashirt ?? as it was too short I took it back expecting she would amend this error with the remnants . Instead she was extremely agressive! Said it is as he had asked which he did not say!!!I I was in shock I asked for the remnants said I would fix it myself and asked for my money back. She didn't even know how much she had charged? A raffle ticket! And unprofessional agressive manner! !! I recommend you don't go there. There is a good alterations stall in Widnes Market.
